Any damage occurred by transport should be announced to PSH ASAP. When the outside of the parcel is damaged upon delivery, we kindly request you to inform the courier. Shipments need to be packed carefully in a shipping box. For articles that are returned packed only in the OE box, costs will be charged as a result of packaging damage and possible transport damage. We kindly request you to pack pump alternators and other products that may leak any fluids in a plastic bag.
Please note that receiving and processing warranties/returns may take some time. Goods returned without valid reason and/or without the use of our warranty/return form will incur (transport) costs, as noted in our sales agreement.
