We are pleased to inform you that Pos Service Holland B.V. (PSH NL) will continue under the name WAI NL B.V. as of October 1, 2025.
This name change follows the acquisition by WAI Global in December 2024 and reflects our growth and the direction we will take in the coming years.
For you as a customer/supplier/partner, our services will remain exactly as you know them.
Why a new name?

What will change for you?

Our name: as of October 1, 2025, we will communicate as WAI NL B.V.

Communication & branding: you will see the new name and branding on our website, email signatures, quotations, and invoices.

New office hours: from October 1, 2025, our office will be open 8:30 – 17:00. Our team will be available as always. (Warehouse hours remain unchanged.)

Will existing PSH orders or quotations change?
No, they will continue under the new name.
Do we need to update our supplier records?
Yes, please update our name to WAI NL B.V. as of October 1, 2025. Other details (Chamber of Commerce, VAT, IBAN) remain unchanged.
Will emails sent to @psh.nl still work?
Yes, they will be forwarded. You will increasingly see @waiglobal.com in communication.
