Report Transport Damage Immediately
If the package is damaged on the outside and/or inside upon delivery, you must report it immediately to the driver. If that is not possible, then report the damage as soon as possible to the transportation department of PSH. Customers from England, Poland, France, and Spain can do so in their own country. Dutch customers and customers from other countries should report the damage to the Dutch transportation department.
Please upload photos of the packaging (shipping box and product packaging) and possibly, the product itself and the damage to the product.
If an incorrect or damaged product has been delivered, or if the product becomes defective within the warranty period, you can return that item. First, indicate this using the warranty/return form on our webshop. Follow the steps in the form and upload the photos.
- Proper Packaging
Shipments must always be properly packaged in a special shipping box. If you only return items in the original factory packaging, we may charge for any packaging or transport damage.
- For Liquids, Use Plastic Bag First
We kindly ask you to package pump-dynamos and other items that may leak liquid in a plastic bag first before placing them in a special shipping box.
Where do you send your return package?
The branches in the Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, and Spain have their own return departments. Companies from those countries can return items in their own country. The rest of the world should send returns to the Dutch branch.
